Brief Answer:
Seems to be psoriasis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it is most likely looking like psoriasis.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply potent topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream or betamethasone cream on the affected areas twice daily for 2 weeks and take antihistaminic like tablet Loratidine 10 mg once daily.
This will improve the lesions but psoriasis is a chronic disease and treatment needs to be continued for a long duration under the supervision of the doctor.
Steroidal preparations are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

Dr Asmeet
