Brief Answer:
Pilonidal disease likely, need drainage

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read yoru question and i undrstand your concern. Itching and discharging holes near tail bone are likely a pilonidal sinus and cyst and need drainaing. You will need to seek a doctor / general surgeon and let them sort it out for you. Maintenance of good hygiene and keeping the area hair free will help.

Keeping the area cleaning, losing weight if a problem and avoiding prolonged sitting will help. No worries its esily manageable.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
