Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM
I have gone through your query.
It is difficult to diagnose skin conditions without examination, so I would suggest you to upload the pictures of the affected area to provide you with more specific advice.

Kindly provide information
When it started, have you come in contact with some substance that you usually won't. Are you diabetic.

Presently I would suggest you to wash the area with XXXXXXX warm water and with mild soap like dermadew, XXXXXXX dry it. Do not scratch it, to avoid secondary infection. Apply calamine lotion with alovera, which has soothing effect, help in relieving the itching. Take over the counter oral antihistamine like ceterizine for itching.

Get back to us with the pictures, to help you out better.
Take care.
