Question : Hi Doctor,

I wake up with brown stains on my pillowcase. My teeth and gums are fine. Last night I woke up coughing with an irritated throat. It was not due to a sore throat. I sat up for a while, drank some wate and fell back to sleep. This started occuring some months back. I take xanax at night. Heart paitient also. had aortic valve replaced. large middle section of fat as well.
