Brief Answer:
Supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Jaw and chin tightness is sequelae of recent wisdom tooth extraction and is normal inflammatory response. Use of painkillers for a few days will resolve this tightness issue. There is nothing to worry about. Fluid in mastoid and petrous apex indicates sinusitis and is causing this pressure in your head and easily manageable as well. Anti inflammatory medications and if any fever antibiotics use can be considered.

Nutshell there is nothing to worry about and the symptoms will improve in a few days. I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Hello,,

Today I went to see my pcp and they found ketones, protein and small bilirubin in my urine. I have not been drinking much water. She said I could be dehydrated? Is this possible?

Brief Answer:
Yes

Thank you for getting back to me

Dehydration can cause all these findings in urine so your doctor is right. stay hydrated. Adequate fluids intake will take care of these. Repeat the labs after a week when hydration status is achieved.

I hope it helps.
