Probiotics are usually not known to cause nausea but it is universal fact that a patient can be sensitive to any medicine
A Probiotic will usually be excreted within 48 hours maximum from your body.
If the symptoms are severe take a tablet of domperidone under the supervision of your doctor.
Hope this helps
