Question: Hi my son is 11 months old. I just noticed that when he wakes up after a nap or some times when he sits or stands on a walker he shows a small shaking in his body. Would like to know if its normal . He once fell down from the bed hitting his left side of the head and two times his forehead. Kindly advice.

Dear Ms XXXXXXX
First and foremost let me reassure you there is definitely no cause for concern.
Many babies wake up and have jittery movements.
Also there is definitely no relation with previous head injury . 11 months is the age when babies try to stand on their own, initial movements can be clumsy and cause shaking movements.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care

Dear Ms XXXXXXX

A to Z is multi vitamin syrup which even after expiry will loose the potency of Vitamin. It will definitely not harm the baby. I always advise the parents not to go for any vitamin supplements unless there is documented vitamin deficiency by the Physician.
Well balanced home made food has all the nutrients required for the child/baby

Do get back to me anytime for any child or surgical query anytime.

Wishing you and your family a very happy and healthy life.
