Question : I am a 51 year old male. I have had joint pains in my big toe left side, right ankle, right & left elbow, jaw, fingers and jaw bone. They all started around the same time and have been lingering for a few months. They come and go but for the most part are pretty consistent. What do you think?

There is possibility of gout as per your symptoms.
I will advise to investigate further like CBC, ESR, CRP.RA TEST, ACCP. ,uric acid.
Another possibility of reactive arthritis can be considered.
Till time take analgesic and neurotropic medication.
