Hi, thanks for your query.

In my opinion, it probably looks like a streptococcal throat infection causing joint pain and rashes.
If I were your treating doctor, I would have asked for throat swab, blood work, serum ASLO titre.
depending on the report, I would start you on.

penicillin antibiotics + anti inflammatory drugs antihistamines for 5 to 7 days.
All these are prescription medicines, consult your doctor and discuss my view with him.
