Question : I am 33 yrs old and I have been suffering from 18 yrs with joint pain (swelling, pain) even on palm and foot bottom sometimes. If I don't take pin killer, it will become unbearable in 2 days. It started with Knee when I was 15 yrs old and use to occur once in a month or two. as years go, it spreads to other joints (ankle, wrist, toes, fingers, shoulder) and now it occurs 2 or 3 times a week. Mostly happens at once joint at one time, some times 2 joints at one time. Initially It was diagnosed as Rheumatic fever and used shots Penidure LA 12 for 12 years with once in 3 weeks. It didn't give any better and then I met different doctors, they said it is not rheumatic fever and I met rheumatoid artherities specialists, they did some tests and tried some medicines and they said it's not rheumatoid artherities...I am not sure what to do now. I am tiered and worried of taking pain killers and severity of problem in future. Please help. I have been using Nucoxia 60 mg from last 6yrs. mostly 2 or 3 a week. If I take this pill, pain will go off 90% in 4 to 5 hrs and 100% in 7 to 8 hrs.

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. Your symptoms are suggestive of rheumatoid arthritis and blood test like anti CCP antibody beside serum uric acid and RA factor helps Out of the above test antiCCP antibody is very sensitive and specific test. You may share the report in follow up query.
To help you further please tell me-
1. Do you have family history of multiple joints?
2. Have you ever been on drug methotrexate (folitrax), HCQS and Saaz?

Than you Doctor for replying. I tried to attach my reports from last 2 doctors I met, but It's not taking file. Can I send you by email or any other way?
No Family history of joints
I checked my old records, I took Sozo, Folvite and Dolo for almost 9 months in 2008 and 2009, It didn't give me any result

Yes Doctor, Folitrax was taken weekly for 12 weeks in 2009 beginning. I have emailed you my reports. Please check them. Those two reports are visits in USA. But I have all old reports also when I visited doctors in XXXXXXX If you need to see them, I can send them also again.

But If I look into my old blood reports also, those are showing Rheumatoid factor was normal, but only ESR was little higher to normal sometimes and it's normal sometimes.

After going through the detail reports,my suggestion would be to have latest blood reports like anti CCP antibody, serum RA factor beside serum uric acid.
If possible send me the picture of your hands and feet.Is the number of joint involved and your suffering has increased over the last years?
Do you have any other symptoms beside joint pain?
I usually prefer all three drugs given together like folitrax,saaz and hcqs along with folvite.
