Question : My mother was suffering from viral fever from 26th aug with 104 fever, joint pains and vomiting.
Now her fever is normal but she still have severe joint pains and severe swelling on her foot. She takes paracetomol when pain is unbearable.

Thanks for posting the query.
As i chatted with you earlier it is the post viral effect. It stays for 3 weeks and is self resolvable. For immediate result you can take symptomatic medicines like TAB.HIFENAC D. 1 tab for 2 times daily for 3 days. Along with it you can give alternative ice and heat therapy 2 times daily.
