Question: I am currently experiencing severe pain in my joints. It started out as cramps in the arches of my feet. I have a herniated disc in my lower back and have constant pain with that. Can you tell me what is going on ?

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Your symptoms are indeed vague and so I would like to ask a few more questions to get a better grasp on things, if you do not mind please do find some time to respond to my queries:

+Are all the joints in your body involved or only those from the waist below?
+How many litres of fluid do you consume on a daily basis?
+Where exactly is your herniated disc (i.e. at what level)?
+Did you or are you currently experiencing any flu-like symptoms?
+Any recent diarrhoea or vomiting bouts?
or any other information that you may feel is relevant to our discussion would be greatly appreciated.

I look forward to hearing from you in order to guide you further.

Best wishes.
