1. I only take pain relievers like ibuprofen occassionally.
2. No past history, but noticed about 3 years ago that my fingers hurt when I want to bend it especially in the mornings.
3. I do not feel weakness after waking up but remember that about 2 months ago after eating in the morning I felt weakness but it fizzled away after about a week. Even then I had malaria and thyfod.
4.it is only on resting.
5. Do not have history of chronic illness I can tell of.
6. No family history of cancer I know of. My father is still alive at about 90 yrs. my cousin died kidney issues.
7. Have done a whole lot among the ones shared but can not place my fingers on any now till you mention and I can look up and advice.
8. No visual problem.
I still have this pain in my throat that has lasted for about 6 months now. However I swollaw without pain but it hurts occassionaly when I am not swallowing any thing. It's like a pin pain. Notice a slight numbness on my thigh about 2 weeks now but it is clearing off. That's it.

Brief Answer:
Most probably Inflammatory Joint Disease

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thank you for getting back with the answers. I have gone through them. In my opinion you are suffering from "Inflammatory joint disease" and in that sero-negative rheumatoid arthritis (R.A). There are other diseases which mimic R.A as well. Your blood work mentioned in previous queries seemed to be normal other than C-reactive protein levels which were high indicating ongoing inflammation. In most of the cases diagnosis of joint diseases is made by a combination of detailed examination, lab tests like autoimmune factors(like ANA, RA), culture(which has been already done), imaging studies like x-ray of joints & synovial fluid aspiration.
Now I would suggest you to visit hospital and set an appointment for a Rheumatologist(In particular). Doctor will perform the above mentioned steps and may include more for confirming the diagnosis. Do not carry out any test till the time you meet him. I have concluded from your previous discussions that you are nervous & in anxiety for your health which is some what natural but on the other hand is aggravating your symptoms. So after meeting rheumatologist, set an appointment for a psychiatrist. Doctor will prescribe you some anxiolytics to reduce your stress and anxiety.

Conclusion:
> ibuprofen will only give temporary relief from pain. You need to visit a rheumatologist for long term relief.
> Do not delay in getting treatment because joints can bear stress up to certain levels and after which irreversible damage occurs.
> To relieve stress & anxiety you need some anxiolytics but as these medicines are "prescription only" so you need to visit a psychiatrist to get prescription.
> pain in throat may be because of chronic throat infection. At the moment take hot water in a cup, add 1 table spoon salt in it. Perform gargles (mouth wash) with it three times a day for at least 3-4 days. It will give soothing effect.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
