Brief Answer:
Likely to be seen in viral fever

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Dear XXXX

Pain in knee or early morning stiffness is sometimes seen in viral fever in children. In the absence of swelling of the joint and associated redness of knee joint there is no cause for concern.

I would suggest you to give anti-inflammatory syrup like Ibuprofen which will take care of the joint pain.

Wishing your son speedy recovery.
Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take Care
