Question : I am 80 years old. Generally keeping good health. Following daily routine of moderate 20 minutes of walking, 20 minutes of exercise and 15 to 20 minutes of meditation. The single thing which bothers me and is changing my life style is knees. I get shots of steroid off and on but now pain is catching up and need for shots is more frequent (every three months or so). I do not like shots or pills. Want to have natural healing. I weigh 150 pounds, and my height is now 5 feet 8 inches ( I have shrunk atleast one inch. I have desire to live longer and healthy. I am vegetarian with infrequent eating of eggs, chicken or fish.
If I can cut down my knee pain, it will restore my one hour walk in addition to time for exercise and meditation.
Thank you doctor,

Brief Answer:
Want to see your knee x rays
Detailed Answer:
Hello sir,
I must appreciate your discipline and passion for life. I will try my best to help you. I understand from your history that you are having knee osteoarthritis. I want to know what is the condition of your knee at present?
If it is possible please send me x rays of your knee taken recently . If they are in standing position then it is better.
I am waiting for your x rays. Please add any other detail, which you think will help me in understanding your disease. Thanks.
