Please specify your age and gender

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir/Madam.

I can understand your concerns.

Your symptoms are directly related to elevated uric acid levels.

I can guide you better, if you let me know your age and gender.

Brief Answer:
Possible inflammatory arthritis.Need further work up.

Detailed Answer:
Hello ,Sir.

I apologize for the delayed response owning to my work schedule.

Your uric acid levels are marginally higher.

Generally this causes discomfort in a single joint, but you seem to have multiple joint involvement.

First and foremost, hyperuricemia has to be ruled out.

I advice you could strictly go on a low purine diet for 7 days with 2-3 liters of water a day and get set uric acid checked again.

Additionally. I advice you to get tested for ASO titers RF .

Based on the results, further management can be planned.

As of now, symptomatic therapy with ACECLOFENAC PLUS 100 mhand PANTOPRAZOLE 40 mg once a day for 2 weeks should control your symptoms.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these pills and tests to you.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Possible Vitamin D insufficiency related symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I can certainly understand your concerns.

I apologize for the delayed response owning to my work schedule .

You possibly have insufficient levels of vitamin D, that can contribute to generalized bone pains.

Correction of Vitamin D should offer improvement in your case.

I generally prescribe my patients with following regimen of vitamin D correction.

50,000 IU of vitamin D3 once weekly for 8 weeks. When the serum 25(OH)D level exceeds 30 ng/mL, provide maintenance treatment of 1500-2000 IU/day for another 2 months.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these drugs to you.

Post your further queries if any.

Thank you.
