Brief Answer:
Possibly progressing osteoporosis or bone damage

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again ma'am.

I am sorry to hear that, but I am also really privileged to meet such a strong woman, very rarely do you get to encounter such an individual, it is a true honour.

The sessions you have undergone of radiotherapy, and probably some amount of chemotherapy also would have some implications on your body and sadly the effect on your knees and bones in general could have easily resulted in this.

Radiotherapy can cause various conditions on the bones, one of which is a condition called osteoporosis which is also common in women above the age of 45-50 years (occurs due to menopause and hormonal imbalances). So if women undergo such extensive radiotherapy, osteoporosis can progress at a faster rate. This is one of the many implications such repetitive sessions can have ma'am, I am sorry to be the one reporting this to you.

Yes, you will need a good dentist that understands your current needs and also works towards helping you not just for your current needs, but also to help you now, for your future needs ma'am.

My best wishes, and my prayers are for you. I am always here to help ma'am, so please don't ever think twice to contact me for anything.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
Here is a list of some of the most commonly used medications

Detailed Answer:
Hi ma'am.

Medications like:

+Bisphosphonates: Alendronate, risedronate, ibandronate, zoledronic acid
+Denosumab
+Hormonal preparations
+Teriparatide

These medications first aim at preventing further progression of the condition, and then work towards improving bone health. Some medications like teriparatide mentioned above can even reverse the process, but have to all be used carefully under a doctors supervision.

I hope this helps ma'am :) Please do not hesitate to write to me anytime, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
