there is no need to go for surgery
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
There is no need of surgery at present as this condition improves without surgery. If pain is unbearable and it is not improving then only we suggest surgery. I would suggest you to continue with steps as I advised. If pain increases then you can plan arthroscopy surgery. Pain will take at lest one and half months to go. Complete healing takes six to eight months with or without surgery.
thanks

Fluid is present normally also
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Normally there is 5 to 10 ml fluid in joint. It is called synoviyal fluid and it is needed for lubrication. But in knee problems there is increase in production of fluid. There is no need to remove this as most of the time it get absorbed by it self. Rarely you may need needle to remove this fluid.
thanks
