Brief Answer:
Vitamin D3 deficiency or early oesteoarthritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.

I'm Dr. Sudhir Kumar,

After going through your query I concluded that you may be having vitamin D3 deficiency or having early osteoarthritis of knee as you are having pain on sitting down on floor and get up. It is most likely to be due to vitamin D3 deficiency. There is possibility of early osteoarthritis but as your age is only 30years so it is less likely.
Your second problem is breathlessness on climbing two floors. Here I see two possibilities. First possibility is of anemia(less hemoglobin)may give rise to this. Second possibility which is less likely is possibility of heart disease.Cholesterol has indirect effect of causing heart disease.

So getting following test will be of use for you:-
1.Vitamin D3 test
2.Hemoglobin test
3.x-ray both knee in standing-AP view
4.Heart function test(if you have no anemia)

I empirically treat such person coming to my clinic by
1.Quadriceps exercises to strengthen knee muscles.
2.VitaminD3 60000IU weekly with a glass full of milk for nearly 10weeks specially when vitamin D3 is low.
3. Iron caps once daily after meals.
4.Analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief whenever there is pain.
5.Diacerine and glucosamine to prevent cartilage breakdown of knee and repair of them.
You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.

Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Wishing you good health.
Take care.
