Brief Answer:
I advise to do ultrasound, barium swallow and CBC

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I dr Jadia have gone through your question.

Feeling to pass stool or wind but not able to pass suggesting possibility of
1. Chronic amoebiasis,
2. Gastric problem (ulcer),
3. Inflammatory bowel disease.

So I would advise to go for
1 complete blood count, ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate)
2 barium swallow for stomach and small intestine to see the mucosal pattern
3 Ultrasound Abdomen

So consult your family doctor and get these investigations done. Please upload the reports here for further discussion accordingly.

Hope I answered your question.
Would be happy to help you further.
Take care.
