Question : I feel hungry but not able to eat and feel tasteless 55years old 2months back I went on a shoulder bone surgery given full anaesthesia may it be the reason

I have gone through your query.

A lack of appetite is very common and it may take aa three to four weeks to return. You may also have a "strange" taste in your mouth also.

I would suggest you to drink plenty of water and fresh fruit juices. Eat little food but frequently. Avoid eating heavy, avoid alcohol and smoking if you do.

You can try aristozyme syrup for week, it can improve the appetite.
