Question : I feel like I have ejaculated but nothing comes out. I am 73. Is there any danger in this? Can I give my wife any infection?

This condition is called retrograde ejaculation. It usually occurs as a complication of some prostatic surgeries and other rare causes.

I do not think there is any danger or issue which can give infection to your wife.
You may need a visit to Urologist.
