Brief Answer:
These symptoms are due to relapse of symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Welcome to Health Care Magic

I can understand your concern. Edronex is Raboxetine and the drug is commonly used in unipolar depression and some times in anxiety and panic disorders. You were on 20 mg doses and have tapered to 2 mg in last 18 months. The tapering was done gradually so the symptoms you are having are not due to withdrawal. Lack of energy, poor motivation, difficulty to get up from bed etc symptoms are most likely due to relapse of depression symptoms though they are in mild grade.

In such case if these symptoms are causing significant distress then consult your psychiatrist again. Low dose drugs like Modafinil or Armodafinil can be used for such symptoms. These medicines will help in good motivation, will improve alertness and help in energy. You can consult your doctor for this drug. These drugs should work from first dose.

Thanks, Hope this helps you, if you have more doubts you can ask again.

Take care
