What Causes Lack Of Energy, Breathlessness And Tingling Sensation On Lips?
Question: I have been sick for a week now I t c are on suddenly no energy shortness of breathe and tingling in my lips I went to my pulmonary who gave me a steroid shot and said I was wheezing a little and probably had a virus. I have also saw my pcp who thinks the same thing. This is not me I am on the go person and now am exhausted my legs feel like dead weight

According to me you are having acute bronchitis usually results from a viral infection such as respiratory syncytial virus, influenza, para influenza virus, etc. In such infection antibiotics aren't effective. Most cases of acute bronchitis resolve without medical treatment in about two weeks. I advise you to take plenty of rest, drinking lots of fluids, avoiding smoke and fumes getting a prescription for an inhaled bronchodilator and cough syrup. Oral steroids as you have taken help to reduce inflammation. Adequate fluid intake is important because fever causes the body to lose fluid faster.Avoid cigarette smoke, take an influenza vaccinated and wash your hands properly. Don't worry you'll be fine. Eat protein rich healthy diet with multivitamins and multimineral supplements.
