Brief Answer:
This is psychogenic ED
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for using healthcare magic.
From the available description it appears that you are suffering with psychogenic erectile dysfunction which is related to performance anxiety.
For tgis problem do not need any medicine but need counselling to correct the problem.
I request you to see a psychiatrist. Try to spend more time in foreplay with your wife, when you both are comfortable, you can perform better.
I hope this helps you.
If youhave more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards.

Brief Answer:
It is safe but not recommended
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for reverting back to me.
As I said earlier there is no role of medication as problem is psychological.
It may be related to XXXXXXX in case you have orientation to same sex person. But XXXXXXX related problem finds the hold since childhood.
I hope this helps you.
Thanks again.
