Brief Answer:
may be retrograde ejaculation

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

This may be due to retrograde ejaculation.

This refers to a condition where the semen does not exit normally but goes backward into the bladder.

There are different causes such as--- (1) side effect of medication. You would need to review any medications that you are taking to see if they have this as a possible side effect.
(2)due to enlargement of the prostate
(3)nerve damage- spinal cord injury, diabetic neuropathy (nerve damage due to uncontrolled diabetes), trauma to the nerves

If it is related to a medication, this can be changed.

In many persons, no treatment is given. Retrograde ejaculation would cause a problem for persons trying to conceive but otherwise there are no serious complications.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
