Question : Hi I got a big hard painfull bump on buttcheck.and and it's hot to the touch what can I do

Hi.
You have to get a course of an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines to start with. If it is an abscess it may open up and still better to consult a Surgeon to get this incised and drained it is it more than 3 days old.

This could have been a boil.
