What Causes Large Lump On Vaginal Wall?

Question: I have a huge lump on the inside of the left side of my vagina wall what could it be? It's not painful but it feels like the size of a golf ball.

Warm fomentation.

Hello ma'am,
If it is due to bartholin cyst,you can apply warm fomentation.
But as your size is quite big try surgical procedure called marsupialization for it to remove that gland( so recurrence is prevented).
If it is infected or pain is there,try antibiotics and analgesic after consulting with your treating doctor.
