Brief Answer:
I will suggest you get this leg examined! Antibiotics might be needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this problem that you have reported. I have reviewed the information and the three images. While I cannot tell with certainty that this was caused by a spider bite, the features of the leg are suggestive of an active and ongoing infection. This would probably require antibiotics for control and treatment. The best way to get this confirmed and obtain antibiotics is to get it examined by your primary care doctor. I will strongly recommend that you do not take any common pain medication(NSAIDS) unless advised after examination as this may cause rapid spread and worsening of soft tissue infections.

In all, the images are concerning for an infection and would most likely require antibiotics for treatment. I recommend you get this leg examined by your primary care doctor for confirmation and treatment. Also, avoid unauthorized pain medications at this time for reasons mentioned above.

I hope this addresses your query fully. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
