What Causes Large Reddish Spot On Gum Behind Molar?

Question: Hi, I woke up with and found that behind my molar was a slightly large red spot on the gum that looked like the top layer of the gum was cut. I only noticed it in the morning because it hurt when I used mouthwash. And when I went to brush my teeth at night, I accidentally hit that spot and now it's bleeding. Is this a matter of a big concern?

Read your query as you had slight large redish spot on gum behind molar this can be due to trauma while brushing (inflammation of gums) or it can be Eruption buldge of wisdom tooth (if not erupted ) . Dont be worried so much snowydragonz for this I will suggest you to do some remedies to stop bleeding and to reduce inflammation:
-Do warm saline rinses 4 - 5 times a day .
- You can apply ointment like Gum paint on gum that will help in reduce bleeding and inflammation .
- Do betadine gargle twice daily and Maintain proper oral hygiene .

Do these remedies if you wont get releif symptoms persists aforementioned then consult oral surgeon for clinical examination and Intra oral periapical radiograph to evaluate the cause and for proper diagnosis .
