Question : my hole on my pee looks bigger than normal and my sperm often drips down can that be a problem from having children

No relation with the fertility (having children).

Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Male fertility (chances to be having children) depends on the sperm count,its motility and morphology for which you can go for semen examination.

It is not related to dripping of semen from comparatively bigger external meatus,so do not worry about that.

Get your semen examined and if report comes normal then no need to bother about having children.
