Question: Iam having a lot of pain in my lower left side in my stomach to my groin arera which is swollen and it hurts when I urinate also I can feel something moving in my stomach and hear a poping noise. Kevin R YYYY@YYYY

Could be due to either stone in kidney or Entero-Colitis .

Thanks for query .

Pain in left side of abdomen with popping noise and painful urination could be either due to presence of stone in lower ureter or infection of bowels Colitis .

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to establish diagnosis
1) urine Routine examination and Urine culture
2) Stool examination
3) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen

In the mean while start taking antibiotics and anti amoebic drug like Ofloxacin with Ornidazole twice daily along with anti spasmodics like Cyclopam twice daily

Ensure to drink more water to keep yourself well hydrated

Avoid junk and spicy food .
