Question : Feeling a tenderness on the left side. Only when lightly touched. It starts on left side and extends to back. Feel like its on the skin or in the layer of fat. No rash or bumps on skin. Been persistent for 5 days.
Brief Answer:
Can be due to Repetitive stress injury on that area.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to repetitive stress injury o that area. Using gels containing NSAIDS like diclofenac or ketoprofen , methyl salicylate and capsaicin will be helpful. You can also take over the counter NSAIDs like Ibuprofen.
If there is no improvement or trouble while breathing then approach your GP for local examination and X ray if needed.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
