Hello, Sir.
I can understand your concerns.
Your symptoms reflect either a pancreatic or gastric disorder. It is important to get an early ultrasound for further management.

Brief Answer:
Abdominal imaging is mandatory
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.
I apologize for the delayed response owing to my work schedule.
Pain with postural variation could reflect either a musculoskeletal cause or an organic cause. This needs a through evaluation through an Abdominal CT or preferably an ultrasound.
Both pancreatic or Gastric disorders present in mid abdomen/ epigastric regions.
CT scan can better delineate pancreatic disorders and ultrasound is good for gastric disorders.
My suggestion to you is to get these tests at the earliest and update me about the test results.
Further management if any is based on test results.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
