Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history and the reports.
All the reports you have posted are normal except for hepatic steatosis that is fatty infiltration with focal sparing and this can not be the reason for your pain in the left side of the abdomen.
You got relief with medications but the pain came back again.

Detailed Answer:
Sincere thanks for most proper feedback, which is self-explanatory.
To compile:
Pain: left upper to middle - dull continuous
Motion: 1 to 3 times
Increasing factors: spicy foods, heavy meals, beer
Reducing factor: after passing stool and sometimes eating
Tense person: full stress, easy things too make tensions
All this history along with the normal report of upper GI endoscopy in past indicates that you may be suffering with gastritis and more importantly colitis (inflammation of large bowel) and in your case is descending colon.
I would advise you the following:
Stool examination for three consecutive days.
Colonoscopy.
These two tests might help us to get a proper diagnosis and a plan for the treatment. This may be in the form of a 5 day course of an antibiotic, Metronidazole and antispasmodic medicines.
CT scan of the abdomen is done only if indicated.
Continue Aciloc and enbios.
If all the tests turn out to be normal then , this can be taken as a case of IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) and the presence of tensions and stress if the most contributory factors.
Control of the stress and/or anxiety is the most important part. If you can change your lifestyle to suit to your calm and quiet life, there will be a tremendous positive change. Your requirement for medicines may not be there and if at all, will be minimal.
I hope this answer helps you to get an appropriate diagnosis and proper treatment
