Question : I've had serve abdominal pain on left hand side of my stomach, I've been sick but the pain is still there?

Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.

Noted your history of severe abdominal pain on the left side and have been sick.
The causes can be:
Stone in the left ureter
Colitis means due to large bowel.

Please give some additional information:
- Your age and gender (sex male/female)
- Since when have you got this problem?
- Any nausea, vomiting or bloating of the abdomen?
- Any loose stools or constipation?
- Any fever and chills?
- Any urinary symptoms like burning or has to go again and again, pain or so?
- Any pain going to back or somewhere else?
Please give answers to these.

And till then you can certainly get a few tests like:
Tests of blood like CBC
Tests of urine: routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity.
Ultrasonography of the whole abdomen.

25, female, vomiting, pain since about 10am but got worse, been toilet but no pain

Take a PPI like Omeprazole and anti-spasmodic like dicyclomin for pain relief.
Domperidone for vomiting.
