You should have an Ultrasound abdomen.

Hi
Pain in the left side of abdomen could be due to Left sided Ureteric stone or Twisted left ovarian cyst.
Ultrasound abdomen will give a clue.
Please consult your doctor and proceed accordingly.
Till investigations,I prescribe muscle relaxant tablet containing Dicyclomune to my patients with similar complaints.
