Brief Answer:
please see details.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir
The relevance of chest pain depends upon depends upon its typicality for angina and associated features. The typical anginal pain is behind breastbone, it comes on exertion, relieves on rest, can radiate from lower jaw to umbilicus, may be associated with shortness of breath, sweating or nausea. The pain which lasts for less than a minute or hours together, can be elicited by touch, pressure, particular movement, deep breath or cough is not likely to be angina.
Pain chest associated with cough, fever, difficulty in breathing is likely to be related to lung infection. Pain elicitable by touch, pressure or particular posture is likely to be musculoskeletal.
Hope this helps.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
