Question : Hello doctor I am 28years old(F). At times I am getting a left chest pain and this chest pain gradually pass through my left hand and my shoulders. when I took a ECG it was normal. However when the pain comes I am not able to resist it.. the pain stays for atleast an hour them gets back to norml

I am a hypothyroid patient taking thyroid tab (100mg) .
I don't have any heartburn or nausea or vomiting or cough but when I lift something weight pain worsen

Thanks for the additional information.
Since the pain worsens when you lift weight it indicates the pain is muscular in origin.
Rest and taking tylenol would provide relief.
