What Causes Left Sided Chest Pain?

Question : I have a pain in my left side of chest, feels like a dent..its left of my middle part of chest in between breasts/ feels like it is where the breast starts...very sore and i feel like it is a dent on my upper breast

There are so many causes of left sided chest pain.

But before giving my opinion I want to ask a few questions from you.

For how long it is there?
How it start?
Any other associated symptoms?
Any lump is there?
Any blood pressure changes?
Have you done your ECG(electrocardiogram)?
Are you a nursing mother?

Not a nursing mother
No lump, feels like dent or bruise
No ecg. Had a blood test about 2 months ago because of chest pain but was told nothing found and must be reflux
Blood pressure 110/74. 84bpm
Sore for about 48hours
Not sure how it started, I am about 6 days off period

It could be due to reflux cause by gastritis.

Your symptoms could be due to reflux caused by gastritis.
You can take antacid to relieve your symptoms.

It could be due to costochondritis ,you should take calcium supplement for the same.
