What Causes Left-sided Chest Pain?

I would explain as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!
I carefully passed through your question and would explain that your symptoms do not seem to be related to any cardiac disorders.
The chest pain which is triggered by deep breathing or body movements is typical of a musculoskeletal pain.
So, there is nothing to worry about.
Besides, the fact that you are anxious makes you more sensitive to the pain.
I would just recommend taking acetaminophen or ibuprofen for the pain.
I don't think that further tests are necessary.
But, if the pain persists and you want to be sure that everything is OK, I would recommend performing an exercise cardiac stress test.
Hope to have been helpful!

Hello again !
Yes, anxiety seems to play an important role in all this clinical scenario.
In my opinion, a cardiac stress test is not necessary. I just suggested it to reassure you that your heart is perfectly normal.
I would also recommend taking omeprazole. It can help in case of has tries open heal reflux or gastritis which can mimic your situation.
A fibrogastroscopy may be needed to investigate for these disorders, especially if omeprazole improves your situation.

Hello again!
I understand your concern and would explain that your complaints seem to be related to a panic attack.
You should know that waking up imposes a little emotional stress to your body, because you get from a situation of total relax (sleeping) to a situation of full alertness. This activates the sympathetic nervous system, causing release of adrenaline and noradrenaline in your blood, thus causing increased heart rate.
Obviously this is more prominent in susceptible sensitive persons like you!
But, it does not indicate any serious medical disorder.
I would just recommend closing your eyes, taking some deep breaths during those moments. It will help calm you down.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Let me know about everything!

My opinion as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Hello again!
I would recommend trying taking one tablet of alprazolam 0.25mg or 0.5mg. If it helps improve your situation, it would indicate anxiety as the main cause underlying your symptoms.
You should know that anxiety can mimic a lot of disorders, including the heart, the brain, stomach and other organs. The symptoms are real, but they usually are relieved by alprazolam or other anxiolytic drugs.
From the other hand all the tests result normal.
Anyway, I would recommend also check your thyroid hormone levels. You should know that thyroid gland dysfunction can trigger all this symptomatology.
Hope to have been helpful!
If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to ask me again!

Dr. Iliri

Hi again!
Regarding veanafaxer, you should know that this is an excellent drug which helps prevent and control panic attacks as a long term treatment.
But it is too early to judge on its effects on you. You should be more patient and wait for another couple of weeks, in order to see better effects. You should take this drug for some months in order to have the desired effects.
As a cardiologist, I would like to reassure you that your symptoms do not seem to be related to any cardiac disorders. Your heart seems to be perfectly normal.
There is no need to perform any additional cardiac tests!
Your situation will improve in the next weeks!
Yoga can also help improve your situation.
Hope to have been helpful!
I would be happy to answer to all of your questions, if you have any other uncertainties!
Wishing good health,

But, you should keep in mind that you are the boss of your mind. Your should be the one to drive your thoughts and you should just think more positively.
Just don't think about it any more! It is not cardiac, I can reassure you about that!
