Question : doctor,i am experiencing heaviness on the left side of the head for last one month and there is pain in the neck and shoulder.recently i recovered from cough and cold and i took azithral 500 6 no.tabs

As per your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having sinusitis with myalgia .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you
Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Paracetamol 650 mg for pain & heaviness twice daily &
Antihistaminic tablet allegra once in night .

You will get relief .
