Brief Answer:
Its most likely to be urinary tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to health care magic, I share your concern and I will try to help you out in best possible way.
I have thoroughly reviewed all the reports uploaded and symptoms mentioned by you. you seem to be suffering from urinary tract infection. Hence I suggest you to start taking medicines prescribed by your physician, meanwhile get a urine culture sensitivity test done for accurate usage of antibiotic, once you get the report you can get back to me.. I can suggest appropriate antibiotic.also drink plenty of water. wishing you good health.
I hope this helps you.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for me, so that I get a good feedback.

Hi Doctor Naveen,
I have below questions.
1)Earlier i had pain in my lower abdomen in left side and later it got cured with medicines but from last 1.5 weeks I started to get pain in my urine pipe. And earlier I was told by my doctor that there is swelling in intestines and later i was told there is infection in kidney followed by infection in urine.
Please advise if medicines suggested by my doctor are correct as most of the tests are negative.
2)Also please advise how much time it will take to cure this as its already been a month and it is still not cured completely.
3)I have also taken an appointment with urologist for tomorrow for further clarification.
4)Is there any serious complications after seeing these reports, I have also done PCR and LFT test which were shown negative as well. even i also eat junk food and having food without spices except salt.

Brief Answer:
culture sensitivity report awaited and urologist consultation recommended

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.
I appreciate your follow up.
I'm sorry you've been through so much recently. Here are my thoughts about how to help. Coming to your questions,
1. yes you can continue medicines prescribed by your doctor for time being, later they can be changed as per urine c/s report.
2.Ideally UTI can be cured in 15 - 20 days completely, but in your case you might have developed resistance to few antibiotics hence there is persistence of infection.
3 I strongly recommend consultation with an urologist, as there is need for thorough clinical evaluation to find out underlying causes.
4.Your reports appear normal.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for me, so that I get a good feedback. wishing you good health.
