What Causes Left-sided Lower Back Pain Along With Fever And Fatigue?

Question: I have an inflamed penis shaft shaped like a ring leaning to the left. Just noticed 2 nights ago when i had a fever and felt fatigued. The fever went away. Now I have left lower back pain and the swelling has only gone down a little bit. The penis doesn't hurt but I can't get an erection. What could this be?

Based on the facts that you have posted you seem to have developed infection of penis

I shall be happy if you can provide few more details to help me in making comments on your problem
1)Did you have unprotected sex very recently?
2)Do you have burning ruination?
3) Is there any discharge from penis?

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis
1) Urine routine and urine culture
2)Swab tests and culture of urethral discharge

Take antibiotic like Augmenting and anti inflammatory drugs like Diclofenac twice daily

Ensure to wash your genitalia with warm water twice daily

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it gets cured completely

I had protected sex 3 weeks ago with a condom. There's no burning or discharge. I had thos once a few years ago but I was told that a blood cessel popped from rough sex. Also is Diclofenac over the counter?

You have not uploaded photograph of your penis .No consultant can make comments unless he examines you in person or have a look at photograph of your penis .It is very necessary to confirm whether it is a dilated superficial vein on shaft of the penis or a Paraphimosis .

It could be due to dilated superficial vein on left side of penis However it can be confirmed only on clinical examination by a qualified Urologist
