Brief Answer:
Anal fissure

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. If the blood in stools has started recently, especially after passing hard stools or secondary to straining after constipation, it is possibly anal fissure.
2. You might have a stinging or burning pain, possibly radiating to lower back or thigh.
3. Fiber rich diet to make stools soft or if necessary stool softener, should allow it to heal. Have good hydration. Avoid straining. Have regular bowel movements. Sitz bath - sitting in warm water for 20 minutes or local application of 1% corticosteroid should reduce pain. Healing could take up to a week.
For pain, Tylenol should help.

If none of the above is present, and no recent colonoscopy was done, then an immediate colonoscopy is essential.

As urine is clear, not thinking of urogenital system cause.

If anal fissure, should heal mostly.

Hope it helps.
