Question : Hi doctor...
I am getting pain in heart don't knw exactly whether it is in chest or heart but I get this pain left side while am sleeping for few mints....

Pain from the heart is oppressing, in central chest (and left), worse on effort, relieved by rest, may radiate to shoulders and arms, associated with sweating and so on!
You are too young to have CAD...
Appropriate treatment demands accurate diagnosis

And diagnosis demands examination; probably investigation too; get examined
Have a routine ECG done / If normal, have a Treadmill Exercise Electrocardiogram (TMT). If it is normal, nothing to do… .

The treating alone could conclude better, based on the total clinical picture
It is wiser to look and see rather than wait and guess
