Brief Answer:
Hi

Detailed Answer:

Hello,
Thank you for the query.
Possibly the pain is due to sensitive intestines as a part of irritable bowel syndrome. Need to get some basic tests done to look for cause like an ultra sonography and stool examination.
can try taking fibre supplements like isapgula 2 tsp at night and see how you feel. This is usually available over the counter.
If these tests are normal and pain continues to be severe then need to see a gastroenterologist and get some blood investigations and CT scan done if he feels so.
In addition some lifestyle modification will help you.
1) Eating on time
2) Taking adequate sleep
3) Regular walking
4) Avoiding sleep 2 hours after meals
5) Cutting down on stress and anxiety

All this will help you to control symptoms in long run.
Hope this answers your query.
Wish you a speedy recovery.
Happy to help.

ok but you don't think this might be dangerous like cancer or something
