Brief Answer:
Sacral screw may be causing local pain but unlikely to cause leg pains.

Detailed Answer:

Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. I think this screw should not be responsible for your pain in the leg, hips, ankles but it can be responsible for sacral pain if screw head is impinging over soft tissue in the region. You can take rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Mecobalamin is helpful in relief of neurological pain.

You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
