Detailed Answer: Hi, Having very bad leg cramps at night might be related to: - exhaustion (moving around for too long during the day) - lack of magnesium and vitamins of group B I advise to : - take multivitamin supplementation containing magnesium and vitamin B complex - drink more water - soak your feet with warm water and little salt at night - massage your legs with olive/lavender oil at the end of the day If no improvement in a couple of weeks, should get further evaluated by your physician.
