Brief Answer:
Spine issue or arteries problem.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Her leg pain can be caused by spine disc herniation, chronic leg ischemia or blood clot in the arteries.
Spine disc herniation should also give back pain. The leg pain is usually burning like.
Chronic leg ischemia gives also cold legs and lack of pulse. The pain increases when walking.
Blood clot in the arteries is possible if the pain has appeared suddenly, last for a short time (it is not a chronic pain) and the limb is cold.

For spine diagnostic, MRI should be done and surgery considered.
For arteries disease, Dopplers arteries ultrasound should be done.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
